The Art of Saying No: Setting Boundaries That Stick

About

Meet other likeminded moms on 17 May 2025 from 9:30 - 11:30 to level up your skills of saying no and setting boundaries that actually stick in this interactive and practical workshop.

If you struggle to set and hold clear boundaries in your busy life as a mom, partner, employee, daughter, etc. you are NOT alone.

Boundaries don't have to be selfish, harsh or completely inflexible.

This workshop is about re-framing the setting and holding boundaries as a radical way to care for yourself and others, because you know WHY a boundary is important to you and can communicate that with clarity and confidence.

In this interactive 2-hour workshop, we'll cover:

  • The power of the pause: Learn how to calmly decide which boundaries can be flexible and which can't.
  • Clear and compassionate communication: Discover how to communicate your boundaries in a way that keeps relationships strong.
  • Real-life practice: Exchange ideas and practice different boundary setting skills to take home and apply immediately.
  • Growth-oriented strategies: Set yourself up for long-term success by breaking down aspirational boundaries into smaller, achievable steps. Plus, access to ongoing self-compassion to avoid that guilt that inevitably comes up.

Light breakfast, coffee and tea included.
