The mission of the family at Hof zur Matte is to cultivate crops according to BIO-SUISSE standards, striving for self-sustainability while passing on valuable knowledge about the earth and life cycles to future generations. Visitors can immerse themselves in the serene atmosphere and join in the daily farm activities. The farm also hosts birthday parties, where children can engage with the animals and discover how farm life connects to our everyday lives at home. Furthermore, children as young as 2.5 years old can join the Wiesenhüpfer farm playgroup in Arn, which runs year-round. The playgroup is primarily held outdoors, but on rainy days, the fun and learning continue in a cozy sheltered space.
