School of Tomorrow (SOT) is a recognized, innovative bilingual private school with campuses in Zurich (Enge & City) and Uster. It offers Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary/Gymnasium education in German and English, combining Swiss Lehrplan 21 with an international English curriculum and, from 2028, the globally recognized IB Diploma Program.

Founded on the belief that every child is unique, SOT designs individualized learning plans around each student's strengths, interests, and learning style, fostering intrinsic motivation, creativity, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning. The innovative curriculum blends project-based, mixed-age learning with a strong emphasis on 12 core competencies and real-world skills — a modern, holistic alternative to the traditional school system.

• Bilingual German & English. Half the team native in each language, enabling natural, authentic fluency
• 4-day week (Mon–Thu, 8 am–6 pm). Fridays optional for Kindergarten & Primary; "Entrepreneur Friday" from Secondary onwards
• Flexible holidays. Only 6 fixed closure weeks per year; families choose up to 6 additional flexible weeks
