Yoga helps children achieve inner peace and balance, fostering a strong sense of body awareness and self-confidence for a fulfilling life. With various aids available, yoga supports their healthy development by strengthening and toning the entire body through coordinated postures. It aids in growth and enhances body awareness. Additionally, targeted relaxation exercises teach children how to calm themselves effectively. The program is March 2025 – January 2026 + final exam in February 2026. The course fee is CHF 3,990 for 200 hours of children's yoga training.
