General description
The whole family can enjoy peaceful moments during the lessons, where children are trained by experienced teachers. The classes are organized according to the age and abilities of the children, ranging from 3 months to 6 years old. Each baby participates in 2-3 classes per week, with each class lasting 30 minutes. The venue has an indoor heated pool with a constant temperature of 32-32.3°C, as well as underground parking. During the class, children must wear a waterproof diaper and a swimsuit on top. During the exercises, chaperones should ensure that the child's chin remains out of the water to avoid the possibility of swallowing water.
REQUIRED OBJECTS FOR THE COURSE
- Two bathrobes,
- One waterproof diaper and one regular diaper (it is recommended to have a spare),
- Children's waterproof swimwear,
- Flip-flops,
- Shower gel.
Activities
Panda Sto Nero carries out the following programme :
- Baby Swimming : Baby swimming is the only activity in which a baby from the age of 3 months can participate. During the baby swimming lessons, babies are divided into groups according to their age. From the age of 3 months to 4 years, they enter the pool in the arms of their dad or mom, while the lesson is led by a certified baby swimming coach. Classes are held 2-3 times a week and each class is 30 minutes long,
- Benefits of Baby Swimming : Their muscles are activated, their immune system is strengthened, they develop antibodies, they become more resistant to illness, they learn to control their body by changing positions and postures, they release their energy, resulting in a more peaceful sleep.
