General Description
Flower Kids Yoga School is a specialized school that offers yoga programs for children, tailored to their needs at every age stage. The school aims to help children develop physical flexibility, balance and emotional stability through the practice of yoga. The school's activities combine fun and exercise, promoting children's confidence, concentration and well-being in an environment that fosters teamwork and creativity. There are classes from all age groups for children from 3 - 15 years old. The Training Programs are certified by international Yoga bodies.
Activities
Flower Kids Yoga School offers the following classes for children:
- Mom and me (3 - 5 years old) : Preschool and infant children can participate in yoga with their parents, integrated in small groups, every Saturday from 17.30 - 18.30,
- Yoga Flow & Aerial for Kids (6 - 9 years old) : The 6-9 age group consciously experience the flow of the class, practicing relaxation and breathing techniques that enhance concentration. At the same time, she strengthens her body through yoga poses and cloth exercises, daily 5:15 - 6:15 pm,
- Yoga & Aerial for PreTeens & Teens (10 - 15 years old) : Followed by yoga poses on the ground and on the sail that help develop coordination, balance, strength and flexibility, daily 6:30 - 7:30 pm, 10-12 years old PreTeens and 7:45 - 8:45 pm, 13-15 years old Teens,
- Yoga Hugs Diverse Needs : This class is for school-age children, teens and young adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), Down syndrome, mental retardation, cerebral palsy and other developmental disorders.
