The Science and Innovation Festival, Athens Science Festival, launched in 2014, has now established itself as a major institution and cultural event that combines Science, Technology, Innovation and Art. Every spring, for one week, Athens residents and schools discover science through fun, innovative and interactive experiences. At the same time, researchers, distinguished scientists, educators and artists make every effort to explain science in a way that actively engages the public. The Athens Science Festival has proven to young and old that science is not only a source of knowledge, but also fun.
