Young Explorers Club offers weekly and multi-week summer programs between late June and mid-August. Early booking is recommended as spaces are limited due to small group sizes.
Young Explorers Club doesn’t just offer outdoor fun—it builds character. Whether kids are trekking across the Alps or participating in team challenges, each experience is structured to promote resilience, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Operating in both English and French, the camps create a truly bilingual setting, ideal for Swiss and international families. Campers are naturally exposed to language learning through peer interaction and optional language classes, making it educational without feeling like school.
Few camps combine traditional chalet-based settings (Les Diablerets) with expedition-style programs (like the Tour du Mont Blanc or cycling trips). This offers families the flexibility to choose the experience that best suits their child’s age, interests, and maturity level.
For older teens (16–19), the Leadership Program offers a rare opportunity for personal development through wilderness skills, project-based teamwork, and public speaking—ideal preparation for future academic or career steps.
The club emphasizes eco-awareness, empathy, and global citizenship. Kids are encouraged to respect nature, support each other, and take responsibility—values highly appreciated by modern parents.
Outdoor Adventures: Activities include hiking, camping, climbing, mountain biking, and caving, promoting physical fitness and a love for nature.
Language Learning: Optional afternoon language classes in French, English, or German to enhance fluency in a fun and effective way.
Personal Growth: Programs designed to develop independence, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.
