Pastry chef Nicoleta will design the cake or cupcakes you want.
You can choose between different cookies, fillings and toppings to get the cake to your taste. The possibilities for designing cakes and cupcakes are endless, with always something new to discover. Each cake brings a new trick or technique that inspires the next creation. This creative journey, combined with the joy and delight on the faces of those receiving these cakes as gifts, makes baking the most rewarding job in the world. Nicoleta has a photo gallery cake by cake, with hopefully many more to come. The cakes have a height of about 14 cm and consist of 4 layers of biscuit and 3 layers of filling. Before being covered with fondant the cakes are coated with ganache or meringue buttercream.
