The Mill in Operation : Experience history in action as the industrial mill from 1913 roars to life. A miller guides you through the process, explaining how flour is produced during this live demonstration.
The Workshop : Teamwork takes center stage! Grind your own flour from wheat grains using various mills, including an ancient stone grater from the pile-dwelling era. Take your flour home or use it to bake a roll in our baking workshop.
