In this 4-part project week at the Hiltl Academy, they take children on a culinary adventure focused on veggie cuisine, sharing daily tips and tricks for easily preparing healthy and delicious meals. Each day, they dive into an exciting theme, using wooden spoons to create a themed menu, which we all enjoy together. On Friday, they wrap up the week by preparing a lavish brunch buffet, where parents are invited to join their children and the academy team for a feast, with an additional charge of CHF 20. Additionally, the courses are always held in the morning, leaving the afternoons free for everyone to enjoy at the lake.
