General Description

Indonesian Karate schools feature experienced trainers who foster respectful interactions during training and focus on helping participants build inner strength. The training covers various aspects of Indonesian Karate, including practical self-defense techniques, along with fitness and stretching exercises designed to strengthen the body. Children need to stay active! Indonesian Karate provides them with a chance to channel their energy, test their abilities in a playful manner, and build self-confidence. Along the way, they also learn to be considerate of themselves and their peers. This practice helps reduce aggression while enhancing concentration and coordination.

Indonesian Karate Winterthur offers the following lessons : 

  • Children and young people (beginners) : Training times – Thursday

17.45 – 18.45,

  • Children and young people (advanced) : Training times – Thursday 18.15 – 19.45.

The training sessions are structured into three distinct segments : 

  • Karate,

  • Playful fitness,

  • Self-defense and competition training.
