The training covers various aspects of Indonesian Karate, including practical self-defense techniques, along with fitness and stretching exercises designed to strengthen the body. Children need to stay active! Indonesian Karate provides them with a chance to channel their energy, test their abilities in a playful manner, and build self-confidence. Along the way, they also learn to be considerate of themselves and their peers. This practice helps reduce aggression while enhancing concentration and coordination.

Children and young people (advanced) : Training times – Thursday 18.15 – 19.45.
